Job Role:
Act as a client-facing Training & Quality Specialist, leading process and quality calibrations to ensure alignment with client standards and expectations.
Receive training from clients and internal stakeholders, and effectively transfer process knowledge and skills to trainees as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Develop and maintain training curricula, process manuals, and detailed process maps aligned with trainee and business needs.
Create and manage QA audit forms and performance reports to measure accuracy, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
Provide operational coverage when needed and collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to support performance and compliance
Partners with Recruitment and Operations in evaluating candidate performance during interviews and assessments
