Job Description

Endava is looking for a Support Engineer in Bogotá to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining Access Control and CCTV systems, and supporting Endava IT infrastructure both onsite and remotely. 
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Windows 10 and MacOS, possess excellent customer service skills, and be knowledgeable about Active Directory and networking concepts.
