Role Overview

We are seeking a Regional Tracker Site Manager to lead the on-site execution of solar tracker installation, commissioning readiness, and handover across Australia and Southeast Asia, with particular focus on Malaysia and Thailand. This role ensures safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery of tracker works on utility-scale solar projects.

Based in the region, the Regional Tracker Site Manager will coordinate daily with EPC/construction teams, tracker suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues, manage interfaces, and maintain strong field reporting and documentation. The role requires hands‑on site leadership, strong HSE and QA/QC discipline, and the ability to drive corrective actions to meet contractual and technical requirements.
