Role Overview
The Onsite Operations Assistant provides direct support to the Onsite Operations Manager in the planning, procurement, coordination, and deployment of all onsite activities, such as health caravans, corporate health events, and school-based programs. This role is essential for ensuring that all onsite operations are well-prepared, properly resourced, and smoothly executed through effective coordination with various internal teams and external partners.
The Assistant also plays a key role in overseeing inventories, ensuring that all materials from the supply chain are prepared correctly for deployment and that items used during onsite events are meticulously documented and accounted for upon their return.
