Onsite Payroll Assistant Trainee Lima

Sophilabs in Lima is seeking a Trainee Payroll Assistant to support the operations team with various clerical duties. You will manage salary settlements, monitor compensation plans, and collect timekeeping information for all employees.

The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, fluent in English, and possess excellent communication and time management skills. Availability for full-time work onsite from Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM) is required.
