Onsite Representative

We are currently looking for an Onsite Representative to join our on‑site operations team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and experienced in warehouse processes, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.

Location: Subang area

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks on incoming materials to ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Work closely with the Supervisor, 3PL partners, and vendors to investigate and resolve issues related to non‑conforming materials.
• Pick, issue, and replenish materials to the production floor in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct regular stock counts according to agreed schedules.
• Provide support for Procurement team on technical issues that arise before or during the process of buying materials for orders or warehouse stock.
