Onsite Technical Lead

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in automotive mechanical design and development, ideally within HVAC systems.
• 3+ years of proven project leadership or management experience.
• Strong understanding of ASPICE Level 2 and functional safety (ISO 26262) standards.
• Cross‑cultural communication skills and experience working with Japanese business practices.
• Hands‑on experience with PLM tools, preferably Windchill.
• Solid knowledge of automotive electronic control systems and HVAC unit architecture.
• Business‑level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2+), English, and Chinese (preferred).
