Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair POS tablets, printers, cash drawers, dual screens, and related hardware.
• Provide basic system assistance and expedite software issues when needed.
• Ensure 100% completion of endorsed technical support visits and hardware repairs within set timelines.
• Perform monthly proactive check‑ins with priority clients and document any concerns.
• Maintain good client relationships by reassuring ongoing support and addressing concerns professionally.
• Collect client feedback, testimonials, and photo/video documentation during visits while identifying and securing referral lead opportunities.
• Support company events, expos, and workshops by assisting with setup, logistics, and basic lead generation.
