SUMMARY:
An Internal Vacancy exists for a Training Instructor in the Mining Division based in Harmony Gold Mine
The suitable candidate's main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
POSITION INFO:
Ensure that each security officer is inducted and competent on HIRA course
Ensure that each security officer is inducted and competent on First Aid Level 1 and Supervisors and Managers are competent on Level 2 & 3 of First Aid.
Ensure that each security officer is inducted on Fire Fighter and are competent.
Ensure alongside Safety Officer, that each site/s has Safety Representatives and are inducted.
Ensure that each employee who comes from leave conduct refresher on Job Description.
Ensure that employees who are appointed to drive company vehicles are tested and competent to driv...
