Out of Hours Account Manager – Facilities / Reactive Maintenance
Location: South Africa / Port Elizabeth
Hours: Out of Hours – evenings, nights, weekends & bank holidays (rota-based)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Out of Hours Account Manager to support a UK-based Facilities and Property Reactive Maintenance contract.
This role is critical to ensuring our client receives a seamless, professional service outside of normal business hours, managing reactive maintenance calls, coordinating contractors, and maintaining SLA compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for all out-of-hours reactive maintenance calls
Answering inbound calls from client sites, tenants, and stakeholders
Logging and prioritising maintenance issues in a CAFM/helpdesk system
Assessing job urgency in line with SLAs and criticality levels (P1–P4)
