OP Nurse Coordinator I - Presbyterian Hospital, Digestive Health Care

UPMC University of Pittsburgh Physicians is hiring a Full-Time OP Nurse Coordinator I to help support Presbyterian Hospital - Digestive Health Care.

Hours: Monday through Friday, daylight hours. 4 10's with a day off.

Location: Presbyterian Hospital with hybrid flexibility after training.

_Previous experience as a OP Nurse Coordinator I preferred but not required._

Purpose:
The Outpatient Nurse Coordinator is a Registered Nurse is a member of the care delivery team. The Outpatient Nurse Coordinator is responsible for the care of the patient in a global view, accountable for multiple aspects of the patient care package even when patient contact is minimized.
