Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (Non-Voice) to support customers via chat and email. This role is open to all applicants nationwide who are willing to work onsite in Pasig.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through chat and email
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Document customer interactions properly
• Meet quality and productivity standards

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate or higher
• Basic English communication and typing skills
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig
• Amenable to shifting schedules
