About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to join our dynamic team at Top Alliance. This full-time non-voice customer service role is based in Taytay Rizal and offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing excellent customer service through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
2. Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner
3. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
