Sales Support
Specific Responsibilities
At all times, complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Assists in the compilation of documentation required for RFPs – certifications, resumes, etc.
Generates quotes that are accurate and branded according to SGS standards
Inputs quotations and RFPs into CRM systems
Assists in follow up notifications on older existing deals
Updates client owners, client names, and other information, as needed, in CRM systems
Serves as the main points of contact for ship owners and other customers requesting SGS services
Engages with customers to develop relationships based on trust and competence 
Markets research to include the following:Internet search for articles on vertical markets,  PFAS, Air,  generation and customer information: Search for contact lists in various markets (, water districts)Competitor website revi...
