Open Learning Faculty Member (Online): HLTH 3101: Client-Directed Care Management

This online course is intended for professionals working in the health system and/or Upper-level students in health degree programs wishing to develop their knowledge and skill in care management. Students explore the theory of care management within a client-directed service philosophy including ethical decision-making using bioethical principles, the balancing of autonomy and risk, the legal context of care management, and system barriers to client-directed service delivery.
