Position Summary/Description:
The Department of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Medicine, seeks to hire a full-time child and adolescent psychology faculty member to work with adolescents and young adults to focus on the treatment of co-existing substance use behaviors. The psychologist will be clinically based in Butner, NC at the Youth Behavioral Hospital ( YBH ) with occasional time also spent in a training and teaching capacity at the Department of Psychiatry Chapel Hill. YBH is a newly established and innovative 50 plus patient child and adolescent psychiatric hospital with four individual specialized units serving patients and families.
