Open Source Build Automation Software Engineer for Hummingbird

The Hummingbird (https://www.redhat.com/en/technologies/linux-platforms/enterprise-linux/hummingbird) team is looking for an engineer to join with expertise in building RPMs and Mock, in order to build a new fully automated Konflux based pipeline (https://hummingbird-project.io/) for component RPM packages. These RPMs will be included in hundreds of container image deliverables. Focus will be on rapidly rebuilding upstream software, building small deliverables, with as few CVEs as possible.



**What you will do**



+ Onboard new container images (https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel-primitives/containers) to Hummingbird and their RPM based components.

+ Maintenance and iteration of our Tekton (Konflux and Kubernetes) based build system that builds RPMs and includes them into containers. Ensuring high availability and throughput.
