The Field Technical Support Specialist provides on-site technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral systems. The role ensures operational continuity by diagnosing, resolving, and preventing technical issues at branch or client locations. This position requires strong troubleshooting capability, customer-facing professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a field environment.

Key Responsibilities1. On-Site Technical Support

• Provide field support for desktops, laptops, POS systems, printers, routers, and other IT peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and business applications.

• Replace defective hardware components (RAM, SSD, power supplies, etc.).
