JOB DESCRIPTION

Application Maintenance & Support

• Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, and availability of the store operations

application.

• Respond to and resolve application-related incidents, errors, and user issues.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly health checks to ensure optimal system function.
• Validate and execute application configurations based on operational requirements.
• Coordinate with IT teams for patches, updates, and scheduled maintenance activities.

User Access & Role Management

• Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions based on the defined Access Matrix.
• Ensure proper approval processes are followed before granting or modifying access.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of user access to ensure compliance and security.
• Maintain accurate documentation of access rights and user role mapping across all stores.
