We are in search of a capable Staff Accountant with a focus on accounts receivable and payable to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will span across financial statement preparation, routine billing, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. This role is vital for maintaining healthy financial operations within our Vehicle Logistics Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute day-to-day accounting functions for VLC transactions
• Prepare and process supplier invoices and payments
• Balance weekly sale reports and manage EFT transfers
• Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare daily deposits
• Assist in month-end activities and account reconciliations
Requirements:
• Educational background in accounting or equivalent experience
• 2-5+ years of accounting experience
