OpenShift Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled OpenShift Engineer to design, implement, and support containerized platforms using Red Hat OpenShift. The role involves building scalable, secure, and highly available Kubernetes environments and supporting application teams across development, testing, and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters (on-prem / cloud / hybrid).
• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch OpenShift and Kubernetes components.
• Manage container platforms, namespaces, RBAC, networking, and storage.
• Support CI/CD integration with OpenShift (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Monitor cluster performance, capacity, and availability.
• Troubleshoot cluster, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Implement security best practices (image scanning, secrets, policies).
