OpenShift Engineer

We are seeking an
OpenShift Engineer, L1Support
to provide first-level operational support for enterprise RedHat OpenShift / Kubernetes environments. This is an
infrastructure andplatform operations role
. The engineer will support daily monitoring,incident triage, basic troubleshooting, operational checks, user accesssupport, and escalation of platform issues to L2/L3 teams. The ideal candidate should havehands-on exposure to Linux systems, OpenShift/Kubernetes operations, containerplatforms, networking basics, monitoring tools, and production supportprocesses. Key Responsibilities Provide L1 operational support for Red HatOpenShift / Kubernetes platforms. Perform daily health checks on OpenShift clusters, nodes, pods, operators, routes, storage, and platform services. Monitor cluster availability, resource usage, alerts, and workload status using Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, ELK, Splunk, or equivalent tools.
