Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Fife Theatres for a dynamic and motivated person to join our Opera System Support Team. Responsible to the Assistant Service Manager, your role will be to provide 1st line support and primary contact for all Opera related issues for a large number of multi‑disciplinary users. Ensuring the Opera service is delivered to end users meeting agreed service levels and ensuring that any problems are managed through to resolution. The post holder will extract and analyse reports to support the sectors in optimising theatre utilisation and productivity. The post holder will be responsible for staff training in the use of Opera and ensuring operational policies and procedures are developed and maintained.
