The Role


A practical and quality-driven fiberglass technician with a strong focus on finishing work.


He/She will play a key role in ensuring that every boat leaves our facility in excellent condition.

Qualifications

  •  Experience in fiberglass, composites or auto body repair

  •  Experience with painting, sanding or surface work

  •  Background in marine or technical trades is an advantage

  •  Category B driving license

  •  Ability to work independently and in teams

  •  Detail-oriented and quality-conscious

  •  Reliable and structured

  •  Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  •  Able to handle physical work
