• Developing and implementing maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules
• Inspects and evaluates the condition and performance of the equipment, facilities, and systems, troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems that may arise.
• Manage the budget and inventory of maintenance materials and supplies, as well as ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Report and document all maintenance activities and results.
