Operation Assistant in Restaurant

We are looking for a full-time Operation Assistant in Restaurant & Catering to support restaurant operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders. You will play a key role in coordinating catering requests, supporting re-orders, and acting as a bridge between operations and maintenance teams. Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle catering calls and assist with catering reservations
• Coordinate and track catering re-orders
• Serve as a connector between restaurant managers and maintenance teams
