PRC license or any equivalent.
Experience

Capable of ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of cargo and vessels through strategic planning and execution.
Experienced in coordinating voyage planning and overseeing cargo handling procedures to optimize shipping operations.
Strong ability to communicate and coordinate with internal and
external stakeholders, including port authorities, agents, and crew.
Well-versed in maritime regulations and adept at ensuring full compliance with international and company standards.
