Operation Assistant

• To prepare and to submit custom declaration form to custom and carry out Export/Import operation activities efficiently and to satisfactory completion.
• To liaise with shipping agent, port authority, licensing authority and customer for releasing of Export/Import consignment
• To arrange with trucking department, truckers or hauliers for collection/deliveries of Export/Import consignment.
• To sort out all relevant documents and attachment properly after completion of clearance to customers or to billing personnel.
• To monitor promptly deliveries/ pick up to customers and ensure objectives is met
• To attend LCL cargo loading at different CFS warehouse.
• To attend Customs Seal –K8
• To key in and submit K4 manifest in EDI
• To adhere customer's standard operating procedures.
• To undertake other assignment from reporting superior.
