Job Responsibilities

• To check Job Request generated via My Avis on a daily basis
• Ascertain and identify customer request via Job Request
• To contact customer within 24 hours
• To close all Job Request within 3 working days
• To organize, file and maintain documents systematically to ensure proper safekeeping and easy retrieval
• To communicate internally pertaining to Job Request matters
• Inspect vehicle condition and ensure all minimum requirements are met before use
• Maintain the operational readiness of vehicles through timely renewal of road tax and inspection disc, and by ensuring they remain well-maintained and roadworthy.
• Manage vehicles replacement and coordinate vehicle delivery as request by customers,
• Collect vehicles from customers and arrange for repair or maintenance services
• Ensure vehicles are sent for inspection before the due date to maintain compliance
