Operation Assistant

Requirements:

• At least SPM or Diploma
• With more than 5 years working experience in warehousing or manufacturing field
• Possess basic computer skills (e.g. MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Experience or knowledge in inventory systems (Auto Count) will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel when required

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage purchasing activities and oversee pepper warehousing operations when required
• Handle clerical and administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, filing, and petty cash
• Assist in manpower planning and deployment within the branch
• Coordinate processing and production schedules with Sales & Marketing to meet shipment timelines
• Liaise with MPB processing department and take action on any processing issues or schedule changes
• Ensure proper inventory control, stock accuracy, and compliance with warehouse procedures
