Operation Associate

• Responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by greeting visitors managing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Welcoming guests providing information about the venues attractions and services
• Handling reservations and serving as a point of contact for VIPs and general guests while maintaining professional communication and a proactive approach to service

Qualifications:

• With experience in entertainment or leisure industry (like Timezone, World of fun, etc..)
• Senior High School graduate.
• With pleasing personality, good in customer service and willing to work on a shifting schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
