• Full Time Basis (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
• Able work ROTATIONAL SHIFT (Morning Shift / Evening Shift)
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications required.
• Hardworking, Punctual, Discipline and Responsible
• 1-2 Years experience in a haulage environment (Preferred)

JOB SCOPE

• Maintain harmonious communication with all truck drivers and coordinate closely with customers and drivers using various channels such as WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Making Port/Depot Booking for drivers
• Ensuring that the lorry arrives at the customer's place followed as per time scheduled (Refer to GPS)
• Updating system and ensure accurate and timely data entry for truck delivery and collection record
• Checking and updating the status of containers (Staging list / Collection - RFC)
• Prepare CN (if Needed)
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
