Operation Co-Ordinator

Responsibilities

• Operation Co‑Ordinator
• Manpower scheduling, roster planning
• Photoshop - Funeral photos / porcelain photos
• Assign vehicles, control of cash cards & vehicle keys, petrol cards, etc.
• Administration duties, ad‑hoc duty assigned by HOD / supervisor
• All funeral related activities (Shifting, sending, funerals – burial, cremation or sea burial).
• To drive the vehicles

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen
• Minimum qualification Secondary
• Valid Singapore driving license (An advantage)
• With pleasant personality
• Min 2 – 3 years in service industry (independent & self‑motivated, with embalming experienced is an advantage.
• Able to work on rotation shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to handle English & Chinese speaking clients to speak with them in English & Mandarin.
