Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, and industrial property developments
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Oversee property and facility management of completed developments
Manage operational teams across multiple locations
Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
Maintain compliance with regulations and safety standards
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
Prepare and manage operational budgets
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 15 years in property development or real estate operations
At least 7 years in senior leadership roles
Proven track record managing large-scale property projects
Experience in Indonesian real estate market
