Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Declaration and checking of Dangerous Goods (DG) and Out-of-Gauge (OOG) cargo units

• Managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, including Transshipment Load Instruction (TLI) submissions and updates for Empty (MTY) containers

• Handling force-shipment cases and urgent operational matters

• Identifying and resolving discrepancies

• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly import/export summaries

• Liaising and communicating effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders

• Working on weekends and Public Holidays (PH) when operationally required

Requirements:

•  Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, or related fields)

•  Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or container operations

•  Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and operational processes
