Operation Executive

MCKL Penang (Pykett Campus) is seeking a committed person who is ready to take charge of the hostel's day-to-day operational needs of the campus. This role functions like the heart of the campus, overseeing hostel operations, facilities maintenance, safety, administration, and supporting the overall student experience.

This position will be based at MCKL Penang, Pykett Campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process monthly utility bills, usage tracking, and cost calculations.
• Manage administrative documentation, including contracts, inventories, hostel records, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) files.
• Oversee day-to-day hostel operations, including check-ins, check-outs, room allocation, and facility upkeep.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, preventive maintenance, and project works.
