Operation Executive

Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on order status and project timelines Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling or operational issues Coordinate material availability, manpower allocation, and delivery arrangements Maintain accurate operational records and prepare production reports Ensure projects are completed according to customer requirements and deadlines Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: Min 1-2 years experience in related job scope Proficient in MS Office 5 days work week (Mon to Fri, 830am - 6pm) Location: Ubi Salary: Up to $3000
