About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join KAWALAN SRI SETIA SDN BHD' as a full-time OPERATION EXECUTIVE based in Klang, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's security services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery to clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate the deployment of security personnel to client sites
2. Monitor and oversee the performance of security guards, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
3. Liaise with clients to understand their security requirements and address any concerns or issues that arise
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security operations
5. Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures
6. Support the overall management and growth of the security services business
