Operation Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To lead the operations in the hospitals.
• Oversee the smooth functioning of various departments within the hospital, including admissions, discharges, and patient flow.
• To work together with the Regional Manager, stakeholders in the specific hospital and the team in HQ to re-engineer , improve, develop and operationalise a pragmatic personalise patients flow.
• Coordinating and supervising staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and managing employee performance.
• Managing departmental budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensuring the hospital adheres to all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
