Job Description

• Manage and allocate on site set up, show day standby, on site dismantle with an objective to fulfil customer requirements and meet the expectation of customer.

• Carry out fast and accurate registration processes.

• Manage the prepare for handover of venues by the time given.

• Negotiate with 3rd party vendors to achieve targeted profit without compromising the project quality and safety features.

• Develop initial logistics and transportation plans to support event plans.

• Ensure events follow all local security, workplace safety and health regulations and requirements.

• Manage the event logistics plans with event organisers and vendors.

• Manage the flow of volunteers' movement and brief them with their job descriptions.

• Perform initial check-up of vendors' event deliverables to guarantee quality standards.
