• To assist to supervise all areas of operation, ensure all operation are following Company’s Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and meet the target set by the company.
• Identifies operational problems by observing and studying the functioning and performance of systems; and report accordingly to Technical Manager or indirect superior.
• Committed to the expansion and success of the business opportunities by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
• Investigates complaints and suggestions by interviewing process supervisors and operators.
