Operation Executive

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse or procurement
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong organizational and time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory system (Auto Count)
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability
• Willing to travel when required

Responsibilities and Duties:

1) Procurement & Supplier Management

• Handle daily purchasing of pepper and materials
• Prepare and process purchase orders and delivery notes
• Record and update data in the Auto Count system
• Evaluate purchasing processes to enhance cost-efficiency and supplier relationships

2) Processing Arrangement & Coordination

• Plan and monitor pepper processing schedules
• Coordinate raw material supply and processing activities
