Operation Executive

Main Responsibilities:

• Able to handle export and import shipments.
• Work closely with truckers/drivers to optimize cost.
• Able to work closely with port personal (Northport and Westport) to solve daily issues for haulage.
• Work closely with operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation.
• Work closely with internal and external parties (forwarding agent) to ensure on-time custom clearance and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of freight/cargo
• Provide updates and status reports to customers throughout the shipping process
• Manage dispute, continuous driving quality performance of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Planning for supply and demand the right assumption to minimize logistics cost.
• Manage backlog, analyze and resolve transactional issues that may prevent on time shipments to avoid additional charges.
