Operation executive

As an Operation Executive, you will be the key player between our trading team, logistics partners and finance department, ensuring seamless and compliant execution of high-value transactions. This position offers exposure to the full lifecycle of physical commodities trading.

Job Description

1. Support daily operations of the office including filling documents, managing records.
2. Execute and confirm trade details ensuring timely recording of transactions.
3. Manage full physical trade lifecycle, from confirmation of trade to logistics initiation and settlement.
4. Assist with client onbaording, attend client meeting where necessary.
5. Maintain good relationship with internal and external parties.
6. Support ad-hoc tasks and projects when required.

Job requirement

1. Minimum diploma in Finance, Economics, Business or any related field.
