Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily business operations across departments.
• Responsible for looking after the various aspects of operations like quality control and logistics.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inbound, storage, picking and outbound operations.
• Coordinate with clients on orders, inventory management, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics operations.
• Attend meetings, respond to customer feedback for expeditious closure of feedback.
• Providing administrative support to other departments or projects.
• Generate reports Monitoring system.
• Data Entry.
• Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned.
• Monitor import and export shipments.
• Perform other assigned duties.
