Operation Executive

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other department colleagues, customers, ship owners, agents and shipyards (SRM) with operation work plans.

• Filling and compiling necessary documents or service reports to pass to next department.

• Apply or renew various job-related permits; PSA/ Jurong Port/ Import-export permit, EPIC application and process.

• Distribute Public Liability and WICA insurance policy documents to respective shipyards.

• Manage company lorry vehicle for ad-hoc servicing & delivery.

• Assist in purchasing ad-hoc taxi e-voucher card for general works usage.

• Support ad-hoc activities within scope of operations, operations related management systems, and innovation areas.

• Apply and renewal of all operation work passes eg. shipyard pass – 2-way tag, HSE induction, shipyard passes and tags.
