Job Description

• Responsible to manage and monitor day-to-day for one or more car park operations.
• Responsible to optimize car park resources, revenue and performance towards excellent car park management.
• Ensure car park collections are being verified and reconcile according to the Company's procedure.
• Managing and supervise car park's staff performance commensurate with Company's requirements and expectations.
• To plan, organize, control and monitor car park resources such as manpower, operation consumables, equipment performance, operation expenses and any other matters related to car park operation for smooth operations.
• To prepare and ensure timely operation reporting to the Company and Clients.
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are adhered and provide solution for all issues related to car park operations.
