Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit an Operation Executive who will support the day-to-day operations of the company, including coaching, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes.

The role:

This position reports to the Operation Manager and will also be supporting the key areas which will include, but not be limited to, the following:

· Provide coaching sessions, excellent operational support and represent the company in a professional, service-oriented manner.

· Facilitate clear communication with staff, parents, vendors, and partners through various channels.

· Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement operational workflows, SOPs, and process improvements.
