Operation Import Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee air freight operations, including the receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in the air cargo industry.
• Coordinate with customers, airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement.
• Prepare and process required documentation, such as air waybills, customs clearance documents, and invoices.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve any issues or exceptions related to cargo, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and warehousing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
