Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: RM 2,200
• KPI Incentive RM300

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations and provide administrative support to the team
• Support monthly test buys on external platforms for logistics benchmarking purposes
• Handle daily Change Request (CR) submissions and ensure timely processing of seller-provided documents
• Review and clear appeal cases under Planning & Performance (e.g. pickup options, manual cancellations)
• Maintain and update the Knowledge Center with the latest logistics-related information for stakeholders' reference
